The 4-year-old settled behind the leading pack on the fence and slipped through to lead 400 metres from home. He responded gallantly in the run home to win comfortably.
Sheezdashing (Myboycharlie {Ire}) made ground from the back for second with Divanation (All Too Hard) continuing his good run of recent form to take third.
