Vendors and breeders from all over Australia have supported the sale, with 225 lots BOBS eligible, 157 Super VOBIS nominated and 164 SABOIS Breeder Paid.

Three will be 24 freshman stallions represented, including Cornerstone Stud pair Free Eagle (11) and Valentia (20), as well as the likes of Bull Point (7) and Ready For Victory (10)

They will be represented alongside high-profile first-season sires such as Coolmore trio Vancouver (2), Pride of Dubai (4) and No Nay Never (USA) (4), Darley pair Exosphere (6) and Kermedec (NZ) (4), Vinery's Press Statement (10) and Headwater (6), and Newgate's Super One (8).

Overall there are 139 sires represented in the catalogue, including one lot by I Am Invincible, who dominated the recent Magic Millions Sale on the Gold Coast (Lot 143) and one lot by Widden's rising star Zoustar, Lot 230, who is out of champion South African filly Asylum Seeker (SAF) (Count Dubois {GB}).

There will be 250 yearlings on offer on Day 1 of the sale on Tuesday March 12, with the remaining 95 lots of Book 1 to be sold the following day, before another 148 will be offered as Book 2, and an additional 28 as Book 3.

Viddora, a winner of the G1 Winterbottom S and the G1 Moir S, was bought for just $40,000 at the 2014 Adelaide Yearling Sale and has now earned her owners over $2.7 million.

Amphitrite was snapped up for just $50,000 in 2017 and within 19 months graduated to win the G1 Thousand Guineas at Caulfield and nearly $500,000 in prizemoney.

Further back, the likes of multiple Group 1 winners Happy Trails (Good Journey {USA}), Divine Madonna (Hurricane Sky) and Mummify (Jeune {GB}) all came through the Adelaide sale.
