And the judges say...

PETER O’BRIEN, breeder: Pride of Dubai is terrific value this season. He is a horse I have known since a foal and was always an Adonis. Obviously, a superb racehorse and we could not be happier with his stock; all very mature and they look like they will run through the bridle at two. For those who like a stallion’s pedigree this horse cannot be overlooked, as he has it in spades. A nice neat mare seems to suit him and for those with maiden mares, look no further as the resulting foals will have substance to burn.

BRUCE PERRY, agent: I’ve seen a few by Contributor and Complacent and they look good sorts. I’ve been quite impressed by them. I haven’t seen that many by Mongolian Khan, but the ones I have viewed have been impressive. They have a bit of strength and size. They look to me to be good individuals. Nice, correct horses.

BRIAN NUTT, breeder: I was impressed with the Exosphere weanlings this year. They were a consistent bunch. Headwater was another stallion whose weanlings were impressive. He looks a good punt also.
